Terms of Service

Using assa means you agree to the terms below. They're written to be readable, not to be a wall of text.

1. The service

assa is a journaling app for food, workouts, and weight. We provide it "as is" and may change features, pricing, or availability without notice. We do our best to keep it stable, but we don't guarantee uptime.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your Apple ID secure. Anything logged from your account is your own.

5. Health disclaimer

assa estimates calories, macros, and recommended intakes from the survey you fill out. These are estimates. Talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before making big changes to your diet or training, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from an injury.

6. Subscriptions

If we add paid tiers, the price, billing cycle, and renewal terms will be shown to you before you confirm in the App Store. Apple handles the transaction; refunds go through Apple.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, assa isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using or being unable to use the app. Our total liability is capped at the amount you've paid us in the last twelve months (£0 today).

8. Termination

You can delete your account from Profile → Account → Delete account at any time. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes

If we update these terms, we'll move the date at the top of this page and put a note in the next App Store release.
